Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Drive sales and service excellence by implementing effective strategies and monitoring performance.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics, including sales conversion, customer satisfaction, and response times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
- Strong track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
