Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Drive sales and service excellence by implementing effective strategies and monitoring performance.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics, including sales conversion, customer satisfaction, and response times.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
  • Strong track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
