Are you a cycling enthusiast with strong leadership skills? Decathlon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader: Cycling to join our growing team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our cycling department, mentoring a team of passionate staff, and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
As a Team Leader, you will act as the bridge between store management and the cycling staff. You will be expected to possess deep product knowledge across our cycling range, from entry-level mountain bikes to professional road racing gear. Your leadership will directly contribute to sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and motivate the cycling team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure the team demonstrates deep product knowledge and provides exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, stock organization, and visual merchandising standards for the cycling department.
- Train staff on technical cycling features and assist customers with product selection.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with store management on operational procedures and recruitment needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or team leadership roles.
- Strong passion for sports, specifically cycling or outdoor activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 20kg.
