Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Desk Collection agents to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets are achieved.
  • Monitor team performance through call quality monitoring, productivity reports, and KPI tracking.
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and coaching to improve team effectiveness and collection strategies.
  • Ensure all collection activities strictly adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal compliance standards.
  • Analyze collection data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Resolve complex disputes or escalated customer cases with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment while maintaining high morale.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a Collection, Telemarketing, or Customer Service department.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding collection KPIs or sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and general digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment with high integrity.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and goal setting.
