You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional brand experiences, drive consumer engagement, and provide expert beauty consultations. Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in intensive training sessions to understand Social Bella’s operational standards and brand values.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of large-scale beauty events and brand activation programs.
- Provide expert product recommendations and beauty consultations to customers during events.
- Supervise small teams of beauty advisors to ensure high performance and service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure event displays meet company visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to enhance future event strategies.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across our beauty and lifestyle portfolio.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in the beauty, cosmetics, and skincare industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills.
- Willingness to participate in the 'Virtual Mass Hiring Event Trainee (Jabodetabek)' program.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive to learn and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
