Goday Indonesia Food is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to oversee our Food Division operations across the Bali & Lombok region. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our regional growth, ensuring operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams to deliver top-tier products to our customers.
As the Team Leader, you will manage daily workflows, mentor junior staff, and implement strategies that enhance market penetration in the competitive Bali and Lombok territories. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of FMCG distribution and retail operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the field team to ensure all operational targets are met within the Bali and Lombok regions.
- Monitor daily sales activities and inventory levels to maintain optimal stock distribution.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and increase brand visibility in the food sector.
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety protocols.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to management.
- Oversee training and development programs for team members to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales figures, distribution performance, and operational KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
- Deep understanding of the distribution network and retail landscape in Bali and Lombok.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational targets.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territories.
