Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and linen rooms to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as necessary to prevent shortages.
- Train new hires and provide ongoing performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to staff members based on workload and skills.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is preferred.
