- Develop and execute comprehensive Plan Journey Package (PJP) strategies for team effectiveness

Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- 3+ years leadership experience in retail/consumer products
- Proven expertise in Plan Journey Package (PJP) implementation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in team coaching and performance optimization
- Knowledge of Indonesian retail market dynamics
