Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflows and consistent service quality.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic product placement and team motivation.
- Lead, train, and develop store staff to maintain high standards of product knowledge and customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and regular stocktaking audits.
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays that align with national brand guidelines.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, professional, and welcoming for all customers.
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.
- Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in local language and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail regarding inventory and cash handling.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
