Impact Power Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and strategic Team Leader to oversee operations in Lampung. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the Plan Journey Package (PJP) for your assigned team. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, goal setting, and performance monitoring. You will lead by example, driving the team towards achieving aggressive sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive PJP strategies to ensure optimal team performance and revenue growth.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and implement targeted training programs.
- Manage and resolve team conflicts to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure all team activities comply with company policies and banking regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a diverse team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
