Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of field officers to meet and exceed monthly performance targets.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure rigorous adherence to company SOPs and risk management policies.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and support client engagement efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and local stakeholders to promote Amartha’s services.
- Provide regular progress reports to regional management regarding operational challenges and achievements.
- Facilitate training sessions to improve the technical and soft skills of the team.
- Manage team scheduling and administrative tasks to ensure seamless daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Coordinator, preferably in microfinance, banking, or FMCG.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate field-based teams.
- Deep understanding of the local market and culture in the Lombok/Mataram area.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Proficient in using mobile technology and reporting applications.
