Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of microfinance field officers in loan disbursement and client relationship management
- Oversee daily operations including client acquisition, credit assessment, and portfolio monitoring
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth in the Pacitan region
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for microfinance operations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Prepare and submit performance reports to senior management with actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or team leadership, preferably in microfinance or banking
- Strong understanding of microfinance principles and rural market dynamics
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing field teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in diverse communities
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, CRM systems)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Pacitan operational area
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and local Javanese dialect preferred
