In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of Sales Associates (SPG) and Merchandisers, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, and driving sales performance to meet organizational targets.
As the face of the store, you will ensure that our products are displayed attractively and that our customers receive top-tier service. You will act as the bridge between store management and the sales floor, coordinating daily activities to maintain smooth operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Associates (SPG) and Merchandisers to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards to ensure products are displayed attractively and align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with outlet managers and clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions to foster professional growth.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, including daily sales summaries and stock reports, to identify trends.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail management or Team Leader role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing store operations efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles and inventory management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
