Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute systematic store visits based on monthly itineraries to ensure brand presence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field merchandisers to hit operational KPIs.
- Ensure product availability, planogram compliance, and display quality in all modern trade outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence to the management team.
- Resolve in-store issues promptly to maintain excellent relationships with store managers and personnel.
- Prepare regular performance reports regarding sales targets, stock levels, and store coverage.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation during every retail interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Modern Trade (MT), Field Sales, or Merchandising supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coach remote field teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Batam area as required by the itinerary.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
