Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of travel specialists to achieve performance targets and service excellence

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in travel services or call center environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel industry, products, and services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
