Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the daily operations of the POS Preparation Team to ensure high performance.
- Configure, validate, and prepare Point of Sale (POS) terminals to ensure they are fully operational and deployment-ready.
- Monitor production output, quality control standards, and team productivity metrics.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with logistics and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on new terminal configurations and protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies during terminal preparation and handling.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, or IT hardware preparation.
- Strong understanding of POS systems, hardware configuration, and network setup.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance and process compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and data tracking tools.
- Willingness to work in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
