Tanggung Jawab
- Drive Sales Targets: Lead and motivate the promoter team to achieve daily and weekly sell-out targets and maintain high productivity grades.
- Team Management: Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure all team members are aligned with company objectives.
- Reporting Excellence: Ensure the timely, accurate, and complete submission of weekly reports to maintain strict compliance with company standards.
- Meeting Coordination: Actively participate in weekly review meetings with the team to discuss strategies, address challenges, and celebrate achievements.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor product visibility, merchandising standards, and promotional materials to ensure maximum impact at point of sale.
- Performance Analysis: Track individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales leadership or promoter team lead role is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively in a retail environment.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in data tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Professionalism: A professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service and brand representation.
