Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the food manufacturing facility
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality control protocols
- Train and mentor team members on production processes and safety procedures
- Monitor production efficiency and implement improvements to reduce waste
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products
- Prepare and submit production reports to management
- Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to address issues
- Enforce company policies and maintain a safe working environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role in food manufacturing
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with production management software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
- Background in food science or related field is an advantage
