Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Safety & Security team to maintain optimal operational standards
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security protocols aligned with wellness retreat best practices
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency preparedness drills
- Oversee surveillance systems, access control, and incident documentation procedures
- Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and internal stakeholders during security incidents
- Train staff on safety procedures, emergency response, and guest protection protocols
- Monitor security trends and recommend improvements to physical security measures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in safety/security leadership roles, preferably in hospitality or wellness sectors
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security management systems
- Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols, risk assessment methodologies, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse teams and de-escalate situations
- Valid security management certification or relevant professional qualifications
- Proficiency in surveillance technology, access control systems, and security software
- First Aid/CPR certification and ability to handle medical emergencies
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
