As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed their targets through effective coaching, performance management, and strategic direction. Key aspects of the role include: Monitoring daily and weekly sales performance, conducting analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, facilitating team meetings and training sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes, handling customer escalations with professionalism, and reporting on KPIs to senior management.
What We Look For: The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales within a BPO or contact center environment, preferably with 2-3 years of supervisory or team leader experience. You demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. A passion for coaching and developing others is essential. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance metrics daily and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
- Conduct regular team huddles, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing effective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a BPO/call center setting, specifically in sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
