- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the beauty industry in Surakarta region
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with 1+ years in leadership/management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in FMCG or beauty industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
