As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily sales operations, cultivate relationships with key modern trade outlets, and lead your team to exceed sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee sales operations across more than 10 Modern Trade (MT) outlets.
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective distribution and display strategies.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a field sales team to ensure high performance and consistency.
- Develop and execute trade promotion plans to boost product turnover and market penetration.
- Monitor outlet inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for management.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with company standards regarding merchandising and brand representation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in FMCG Modern Trade (MT) is required.
- Deep understanding of MT distribution, display standards, and trade promo mechanisms.
- Proven ability to manage at least 10 retail outlets simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team under an agency structure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work under an agency-based employment contract.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Probolinggo.
