Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years sales leadership experience in FMCG/food industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong team management and coaching abilities
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
