Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day service operations to ensure speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and training to new service crew members.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with food safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
- Prepare sales reports and manage cash handling processes accurately.
- Foster a positive team culture that promotes teamwork and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Service Crew or in a Supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
