Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Sales Promotion Girls/Boys (SPG/SPB) to ensure daily performance targets are met.
- Monitor and evaluate team attendance, appearance, and sales activities on the retail floor.
- Act as the primary point of contact for store coordination and product display management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase brand awareness and conversion rates in the sanitaryware category.
- Conduct regular product knowledge training for staff to ensure professional service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and clients to expand market reach.
- Compile and submit detailed daily and weekly sales performance reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the retail industry, preferably in building materials or sanitaryware.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage retail operations effectively.
- Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and retail inventory management.
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment in Bekasi.
- Proficiency in basic data reporting and MS Office/Google Workspace.
