- Manage daily operations and performance of the insurance account team
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to exceed KPIs
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure service quality and SLA adherence
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics for actionable insights
- Handle escalated customer issues with resolution-focused approach

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years team management experience in insurance/BPO
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Expertise in CRM tools and performance management systems
- Deep understanding of insurance products and regulations
- Proven track record of achieving sales/service targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
