Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales and retention agents to achieve daily and monthly KPI targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one coaching sessions, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Analyze team performance metrics to identify trends, resolve issues, and implement process optimization strategies.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for escalations and account updates.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, motivation, and high morale.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or BPO operations management.
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales targets and retention goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
