- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly, efficient interactions
- Operate POS systems to process cash and electronic payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food/beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols consistently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions with integrity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts including weekends
- Basic mathematical aptitude for POS operations
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and fast-paced tasks
