Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, including dining, lobby, and restrooms.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and promptly report restocking needs.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Support event setup, special promotions, and seasonal activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with basic cash handling and POS transactions as required.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students are welcome to apply).
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
