Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Efficiently handle food and beverage preparation according to brand quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Assist with daily sales transactions using our point-of-sale system accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily store operational targets.
Kualifikasi
- Completed Senior High School or at least 2 years of College education.
- Prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be service-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Highly organized, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
