Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding healthcare inquiries, policy information, and claims assistance.
- Provide accurate and empathetic support to patients, ensuring their questions are resolved efficiently.
- Process and update patient records, claims, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and strict adherence to privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads and internal departments to escalate complex issues and improve service quality.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by demonstrating patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to stay updated on campaign protocols and product knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a High School graduate or College undergraduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in using computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with shifting schedules.
- Previous experience in a call center or healthcare-related role is a strong advantage.
- Must be willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data privacy and confidentiality.
