Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea-based beverages according to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering inquiries about our menu.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and operational.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and handle cash efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Educate customers on different tea blends and coffee profiles to enhance their experience.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, tea house, or hospitality role is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A passion for beverages and a desire to learn about the coffee and tea industry.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to café operations.
