Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty teas and coffees, according to company recipes.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling transactions and providing change efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, informing supervisors when reordering is necessary.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils after each use to ensure quality standards.
- Assist in training new staff members and supporting team operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or equivalent; hospitality or F&B experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay and Mandarin would be a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and accurate billing.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to undergo a medical examination as required by airport regulations.
