Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of the Semesta Scholarship program including application processing, candidate screening, and onboarding processes
- Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, tech companies, and vocational institutions for scholar placements
- Create and implement curriculum modules aligned with current industry demands and emerging technologies
- Monitor scholar progress through regular evaluations, mentorship sessions, and performance tracking systems
- Organize career workshops, networking events, and industry exposure programs for scholarship recipients
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program outcomes, scholar achievements, and ROI for stakeholders
- Manage scholarship budgets and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with program guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in educational program management, scholarship administration, or tech training coordination
- Strong understanding of Indonesia's tech education landscape and vocational training systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders (students, educators, industry partners)
- Project management expertise with ability to handle multiple deadlines and complex logistics
- Data literacy for scholar performance tracking and program evaluation
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English with cross-cultural communication skills
