We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Lead for a high-impact, project-based engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end technical strategy for the client integration project, ensuring strict alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact and bridge between the client's technical team and our internal engineering groups.
- Architect scalable and secure technical solutions that facilitate seamless integration between diverse systems.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-launch support.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting regular code reviews and leading technical design discussions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the project to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project milestones, KPIs, and success metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in a Lead, Architect, or Senior Engineering role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, project-based software integration initiatives from conception to completion.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and utilizing project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to navigating technical challenges and ambiguity.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) are a distinct advantage.
