Join PERSOL as a Tech Lead (Talend) and spearhead transformative data engineering initiatives. We're seeking an expert to architect and implement robust ETL solutions, optimize SQL performance, and lead end-to-end data integration and migration projects. In this critical role, you'll drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality data pipelines that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring best practices in data governance and pipeline reliability.

- Lead design, development, and optimization of Talend ETL solutions
- Architect scalable data pipelines for enterprise integration and migration
- Perform SQL optimization and database performance tuning
- Oversee end-to-end data integration projects from conception to deployment
- Mentor and guide technical teams on data engineering best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience as Tech Lead in data engineering
- Expert proficiency in Talend ETL tools and data integration platforms
- Advanced SQL skills with proven optimization experience
- Strong background in data migration and warehousing projects
- Leadership experience managing technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in Talend or cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
