You'll act as the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to solution implementation. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical discovery sessions to identify client requirements and challenges
- Design and deliver customized solution demonstrations aligned with customer business objectives
- Develop compelling technical proposals and architecture documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and influence product roadmap
- Prepare competitive analysis and differentiation strategies against market alternatives
- Train sales teams on technical product capabilities and best practices
- Support RFP responses and technical evaluations for enterprise clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales roles
- Strong background in SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, or digital transformation
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies and solution design frameworks
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) preferred
