We are looking for a dedicated Tech Support/Admin (Asset Management and AP/AR) to join our growing team in Singapore. This is a unique hybrid role that bridges the gap between technical support and critical back-office financial administration. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our internal systems while maintaining accurate asset and financial records. You will support our diverse workforce with day-to-day technical challenges while managing essential processes such as accounts payable/receivable and asset lifecycle tracking. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to internal employees.
  • Manage the full asset lifecycle, including inventory tracking, procurement, and disposal processes.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and asset discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and helpdesk ticketing tools.
  • Conduct user training sessions on internal tools and software applications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Business Administration, or Finance is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT support and/or administrative finance roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
