Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide professional voice-based technical support to healthcare professionals regarding medical devices and software systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure uninterrupted patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Guide clients through installation, configuration, and maintenance procedures via phone and remote tools.
  • Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere strictly to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure technical solutions remain effective and client needs are met.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, voice support, or a call center setting.
  • Preferably with a background in medical device technology or healthcare IT support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a patient, empathetic approach to customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard troubleshooting tools.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotating shifts if required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
