Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including work reports (Berita Acara Pekerjaan)
- Coordinate administrative tasks between technical departments and management
- Ensure compliance with company administrative procedures and standards
- Manage filing systems for technical documents and work records
- Support project coordination through accurate administrative documentation
- Assist in preparing progress reports for management review
- Facilitate communication between technical staff and administrative teams
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Administration, Management, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in technical administration or office support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Knowledge of industrial administrative processes preferred
- Experience with report writing and documentation systems
