Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for Sandvik equipment including drilling rigs, loaders, and haul trucks
- Conduct systematic diagnostics and maintenance of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Train local technicians on Sandvik equipment operation and best practices
- Document technical issues, maintenance activities, and performance improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex operational challenges
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations at all times
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or technical support
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and mining equipment
- Certification in Sandvik equipment maintenance highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently in remote locations
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in challenging environmental conditions
