Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Assist in the integration and optimization of internal systems using AI technologies.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis to support data-driven decision-making for product enhancements.
- Document technical specifications and process workflows clearly for stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure best practices are followed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in a technical or product support role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
