Join PZ Cussons, a leading global consumer goods company, as a Technical Analyst Intern. This contract-based role is designed for ambitious individuals looking to bridge the gap between technical data management and Research & Development (R&D) in the FMCG industry. Based at our Tangerang facility, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our product formulations meet the highest benchmarks for quality and stability through rigorous data analysis and resource planning.
As a Technical Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our technical teams to streamline resource execution and monitor formulation testing protocols. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment, where you will learn how technical insights drive product innovation and consumer safety. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of technical documentation and supporting the laboratory team in achieving project milestones.

Tanggung Jawab
- Support the R&D team in resource planning and project scheduling to ensure timely product formulation.
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of product stability testing protocols.
- Collect, organize, and analyze technical data related to formulation quality.
- Maintain and update technical databases and documentation for quality assurance compliance.
- Coordinate with laboratory technicians to ensure equipment and resources are optimized.
- Prepare weekly progress reports on formulation milestones and stability results.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the testing process and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Ensure all activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Kualifikasi
- Final year student or recent graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data management tools (Advanced MS Excel is a must).
- Basic understanding of laboratory environments or product development processes.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently under supervision and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn FMCG industry standards.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang for the duration of the contract.
