As the Technical and QA Supervisor, you will act as the guardian of our product integrity. You will lead our quality assurance initiatives, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to prevent defects. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our customers by ensuring timely delivery of superior products while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our manufacturing and logistics operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily technical and quality control operations to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA technicians and quality inspectors, providing training and performance feedback.
- Investigate and analyze quality deviations or customer complaints to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure full compliance with local, national, and international regulatory standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, technical supervision, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality management systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies and safety standards in the transport and logistics sector.
- Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
