Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in technical supervision and sales leadership
- Strong understanding of truck solutions or automotive industry standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities
- Experience with performance metrics analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and sales methodologies
- Willingness to work in Guiguinto, Bulacan with occasional field visits
