Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain robust, scalable architecture for native and cross-platform mobile applications.
- Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
- Ensure mobile applications meet high standards for security, performance, and accessibility.
- Drive the selection and integration of third-party SDKs, APIs, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to define technical feasibility and product roadmaps.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies to optimize release cycles.
- Conduct code reviews and champion clean code principles to maintain long-term maintainability.
- Stay at the forefront of mobile technology trends and implement innovations that enhance Hilti’s digital products.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 4 years focused on mobile architecture (iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin).
- Strong proficiency with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
- Proven track record of designing mobile applications that interface with complex backend microservices and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
- Deep understanding of mobile security best practices, including OAuth2, data encryption, and secure storage.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless mobile backend integration.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring senior developers and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
