Your primary mission will be to ensure the seamless flow of technical information between our design teams and project sites. This involves the precise creation, management, and revision of all technical drawings. You will be responsible for producing accurate for-approval drawings, developing comprehensive setting-out plans that guide on-site construction, and meticulously capturing as-built conditions. You will act as a reliable support system for the entire project site, providing quick and accurate technical solutions to ensure efficiency and adherence to high-quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process detailed for-approval drawings for submission to clients and consultants.
- Generate comprehensive setting-out plans and layouts to guide on-site construction activities.
- Create accurate as-built drawings reflecting any changes made during the construction process.
- Provide timely technical and administrative support to the project site team to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve drawing discrepancies and technical issues.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for all project drawings, documents, and revisions.
- Assist in the review of shop drawings and material submittals for compliance with project specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, or any related technical/engineering course.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (proficiency in Revit and SketchUp is a strong advantage).
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is preferred, but highly skilled fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, drawing standards, and building codes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of initiative.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively within a team.
- Must be willing to be assigned and work full-time in Cebu City.
- Can start immediately or within a short notice period.
