Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate effectively with customers and engineers regarding installation progress, technical requirements, and report updates
- Assist in EV charger installation projects ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications
- Maintain and update technical documentation, progress reports, and installation logs
- Support engineers in troubleshooting installation issues and providing real-time technical solutions
- Conduct site assessments and pre-installation checks to ensure optimal charger placement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize installation timelines and resource allocation
- Ensure all installations meet Perodua's quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- 1-2 years experience in technical support, installation, or engineering assistance role
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and EV charging infrastructure
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Proficiency in technical documentation and report writing
- Valid driving license with clean record (for site visits)
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and installation manuals
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety compliance
