We are seeking a proactive and technically-minded Technical Associate to join our expanding Sales team in Cebu, Central Visayas. This role is an excellent entry point into the fast-paced world of enterprise SaaS sales and technology consulting. What You'll Do

As a Technical Associate, you will support the full sales lifecycle—from lead qualification and product demonstrations to customer onboarding and ongoing support. You will work closely with our Sales Engineers and Account Managers to design and present tailored solutions to clients. You will also manage intricate technical documentation, including RFPs and security questionnaires.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, qualifying leads, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of AvePoint's data governance solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to design tailored solutions for customer needs.
  • Manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), security questionnaires, and technical documentation for enterprise clients.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new customers, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting during deployment.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and customer feedback using our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of AvePoint's product suite and the broader Microsoft Cloud ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Azure).

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or client-facing technical support role.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and the Microsoft 365 platform is a strong plus.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and active listening skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven passion for technology and a desire to build a career in the tech industry.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics 365) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
