As a Technical Associate, you will not only manage day-to-day logistics but also play a critical role in coaching our team members, setting performance benchmarks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, monitor, and appraise warehouse staff performance to ensure high-quality output.
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees to maintain workplace standards and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and warehouse workflows to optimize storage and retrieval efficiency.
- Implement technical process improvements to reduce operational downtime and costs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs for warehouse personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, health protocols, and industrial standards within the facility.
- Coordinate with management to forecast staffing requirements based on operational cycles.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports regarding team output and warehouse metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and standard warehouse safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting strict deadlines.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Paranaque City.
