Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for manufacturing processes and product quality
- Conduct product testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and documentation
- Investigate and resolve technical issues through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams on process optimization
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend maintenance improvements
- Ensure adherence to GMP and other regulatory requirements
- Train staff on technical procedures and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical support or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Proficiency in technical documentation and report writing
- Experience with regulatory compliance standards (GMP, ISO)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
